Admin Executive with ERP experience

A Singapore Based Precision Engineering manufacturer, located near Bedok, seeks an Admin Executive to support the Sales team.

This company manufactures highly precision parts that are used in the Semi-Conductor, Aviation, Oil and Gas Industries. Its customers are mostly located in Singapore, the South East Asia and China markets.

It is seeking Admin Executive to support its Sales Manager. Candidates must :

1) Have good experience using ERP based software

2) Have prior experience, supporting sales teams

3) Have experience dealing with Engineering terms such as Length, Diameter, meterial types

4) Have experience liase with Customers for product enquiry, quotation, delivery and payments.

5) Have experience dealing with product inventory
