Job Description

To support customer in moving process including arranging of insurance coverage for shipment

To assist customer in claim process and expedite settlement.

Requirements

  • Diploma or GCE “A" level or ‘O" level with good office administrative skills
  • Some knowledge of international transportation practices will be advantageous
  • Good customer service skills – empathy, patience, clarity, positive language
  • Good communication skills – active listening, comprehension and writing skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office. Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Meticulous and able to work accurately in a fast paced environment and under tight timeline
  • Available immediately
  • Training will be provided
