Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to director and managers
  • Manage the director and managers calendar and schedules
  • Prepare meetings presentations and materials
  • Taking minutes of meetings 
  • Handle petty cash and claims 
  • Assist setting up of events
  • All other ad-hoc duties given by directors or managers. 

Requirements: 

  • Applicants must posses at least a Diploma in any field 
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Eye for details, organised 
  • Good communication skill
