Job Description

We are looking for a HR Executive to support a small but growing organization in the area of payroll, administration and employee relations. The job holder also supports some of the general administration of an office. The job requires the ability to manage a mix of different tasks that can be time-sensitive and prone to changes due to business needs

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creation and maintenance of employee records
  • Review and processing of employee claims
  • Employee benefits administration
  • Answering employee queries
  • Creation of purchase requisition/purchase order and follow-up with vendors
  • Support HR Manager and Recruitment Manager with ad-hoc activities projects (e.g. Training and Development sessions, recruitment drive)
  • General office administration including simple inventory management of basic supplies

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR Administration/Generalist role with direct payroll experience
  • Well-versed with local employment law and foreign worker hiring
  • Good command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise iwth mandarin clients.
  • Possession of a HR Diploma or equivalent will be an advantage
  • Experience in handling large population of employees (>500) will be an advantage
  • Independent with a problem-solving attitude; adaptable and open to learn
  • Some knowledge of SAP system will be useful
