  • Data Entry and process Migrant Domestic Worker Insurance applications.
  • Handle incoming calls and walk-in enquiries.
  • General administrative duties.  
  • Attend to other ad-hoc duties as and when required.


  • Minimum Higher NITEC Cert / 3 GCE ‘O’ levels.
  • At least 3 years of administrative working experience.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to handle Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Customer service orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have good data-entry skills.
  • Attention to details and the ability to multi-task.
  • Only Singaporeans / SPR
  • ​​​​​​​Able to start work immediately.

Working hours/ Working Location:
Weekdays: 11.00 am to 8.00 pm 
Alternate Saturdays: 10.00 am to 2.00 pm
Location: Bukit Timah Shopping Centre
