- Data Entry and process Migrant Domestic Worker Insurance applications.
- Handle incoming calls and walk-in enquiries.
- General administrative duties.
- Attend to other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Minimum Higher NITEC Cert / 3 GCE ‘O’ levels.
- At least 3 years of administrative working experience.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to handle Mandarin speaking customers.
- Customer service orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have good data-entry skills.
- Attention to details and the ability to multi-task.
- Only Singaporeans / SPR
- Able to start work immediately.
Working hours/ Working Location:
Weekdays: 11.00 am to 8.00 pm
Alternate Saturdays: 10.00 am to 2.00 pm
Location: Bukit Timah Shopping Centre
