Job Description

Admin cum Account Clerk

Responsibilities

  • prepare Import/exports documents
  • Perform Data Entry for account 
  • Handle General Admin 
  • Prepare P/O/delivery order/tax invoice/packing list
  • Experience in Inventory  
  • Monitor shipments movement and communicate changes, status, delays to appropriate parties.
  • Min. 2-3 year of relevant experience

Requirements

  • 'N' Levels / 'O' Levels, 'A' Levels, Diploma
  • Microsoft Word & Excel. MS office & Excel skills
  • Some knowlede of Logistics/Shipping will be added advantage
  • Full of energy & high spirit to learn
  • Possess initiative and ability to work independently
  • Diligent and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
  • Meticulous and ability to multitask
  • Positive working attitude & good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, ability to mulsti-task, prioritize and manage time effeciently
  • Resposible, meticulous and willing to learn
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work independently
  • Good communication skill
