Job Description

  • Logistics & Supply Chain Industry
  • 5 working days, 8.30am – 6.00pm
  • Pioneer
  • Up to $10 per hour


Our client, a Logistics and Supply Chain company is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced candidate to join their expanding team as an Admin Coordinator.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between warehouse operators and customers
  • Keying in of logistic arrangements and liaising with forwarders on import and export arrangement
  • Handling and preparation of shipping documentations
  • Monitor stock availability and shipping arrangements
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements:

  • No experience required
  • Able to communicate effectively


Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am – 6.00pm


Location: Pioneer


Salary: Up to $10 per hour
