Job Description :
* Daily Administration Work.
(Receive phone call and reply to email)
* Monthly Manage
1) Payroll for Workers Salary.
2) Issue Invoices for Payment.
3) Full Filing of Company Documents.
4) Sort Financial Documents.
5) Monthly Account filing for Year End Audit.
* Preferably can speak Mandarin and English.
9am - 6pm ( 5 days work )
Singaporean and Foreigner Welcome.
No Experience needed.
