Job Description

The essential responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support and data entry duties
  • Attend to enquiries promptly
  • Process daily orders and collate sales related supporting documents for claims on a timely basis
  • Liaise with internal departments
  • Work with external vendors on quotation, price list & claims related matters
  • Update and disseminate up-to-date information to all relevant parties
  • Assist to prepare reports for analysis

 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “O” Level & Above
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Team player with good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Detail oriented
