Job Description

Job Position: Sales Administrator

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (require to commit overtime)
Location: Bukit Merah Central

 

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, documentation control etc
  • Handle invoicing of sales receipts, verifying of any discrepancies
  • Reply emails and take in-coming calls or any follow up required to suppliers / customers
  • Perform any other reasonable duties when assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Min N / O Level
  • Possess Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience in admin functions
  • Applicant with experience in retail industry
  • Able to work in fast pace environment
  • Prefer applicant who can commence work in short notice period
  • Able to commit to overtime seasonally during peak period
