JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidates must possess at least GCE N/O level & above
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience in clerical/admin jobs
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Independent, meticulous & organized
  • Possess a strong sense of initiative, responsibility & positive work attitude
  • Able to adapt & work with the flow a dynamic start-up company

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support all general administrative duties
  • Prepare invoices, delivery orders and other required paperwork
  • Liaises with relevant parties for documents & information
  • Assistance in other ad-hoc functions if required
