Job Description

Responsibilities

- Data entry, filling, invoicing and general administrative duties

-Coordinate renewal of tenancy agreement, store licensing application

-Liaise and coordinate external authorities such as NEA, PA and others

- Answering of phone enquiries

- Coordinate and manage tenants and outlet matters

-Assist operations team in submission of billing advice for timely invoicing

-Generate operations reports

- Liaise, coordinate and disseminate info internally within the various departments

- Daily data input for Sales report

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly report (sales , KPIs, budget etc) for management
- Prepare staff monthly payroll

- Manage and maintain office inventories

- Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

- GCE "N" Level and above with working experience preferred

-Proficient in MS office

-5 days and alternate Saturday.
