Job Description

Responsibilities:
• provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
• perform data entry and scan documents
• assist in resolving any administrative problems
• inventory checking
• assist purchaser in goods ordering
• answer calls from internal and external parties regarding their inquiries
• prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports and emails
• maintain office supplies for department

Requirements:
• Minimum ‘O’ level with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Good PC skills and familiar with Microsoft Office
• Be independent, meticulous, a team player and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Pleasant with good working attitude
• Ability to multi-tasking with superb accuracy
