We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable organization and would require suitably qualified candidates to send in your applications to us.
Salary: $2,000 to $2,300 (subject to relevant experience)
- Assist the managers in compiling budget requirements and upload requirements in SAP accounting system
- Monitor expense on a monthly basis
- Track payment in progress and update Project status
- Maintain record of approval papers
- Raise Purchase Request, Service Orders etc for purchases and services
- Handle the procurement of office supplies
- Update inventory list
- General sorting of mail
- Other general ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in SAP system
- Able to ensure that internal policies and procedures are adhered to
- A team player and possesses good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Able to multitask and work under tight timeline with minimal supervision
