We are looking for a experienced multi-tasker with good communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidate should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing assistance via phone and emails, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Coordinate office procedures
Resolve administrative problems
Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
Coordinate repairs to office equipment
Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
