We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant. They will undertake to support all admin tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Responsibilities of the Admin Assistant will include
- Data Entry & basic documentaion filing work
- Call Answering
- Attend general sales enquires
- Receiving of goods / Arrange delivery of goods
- Ordering of office supplies
- Liaise with customers & suppliers
- Acquiring of quotations & issuing of POs
- Generation of invoices & delivery order.
- Handle inventory.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Able to multi task & prioritize work
- Must process at least 'O' Level pass
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and MYOB
