Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant. They will undertake to support all admin tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

 

Responsibilities of the Admin Assistant will include

  • Data Entry & basic documentaion filing work
  • Call Answering
  • Attend general sales enquires
  • Receiving of goods / Arrange delivery of goods
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Liaise with customers & suppliers
  • Acquiring of quotations & issuing of POs
  • Generation of invoices & delivery order.
  • Handle inventory.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

 

Requirements

  • Able to multi task & prioritize work
  • Must process at least 'O' Level pass
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and MYOB
