Job Description

Job scope:

  • To carry out the general clerical duties, such as typing, filing and updating of information relating to department / office.
  • Type memos, reports and letters. Maintains and up-dates records.
  • Prepares monthly invoices and reports, weekly claim
  • Answering telephone calls and recorded message

 

Job requirement:

  • Diploma in business administration / accounting / higher Nitec in accounting / nitec in business administration / service
  • With / without experience
  • Energetic & Willing to learn new thing & upgrade skill
