Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Filing and updating of records
  • Execution of day to day activities such as attending of enquiries through phone and email, following up on quotations and providing customer supports.
  • General admin duties as assigned


  • Candidate must possess at least "O" level or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office
  • Able to work under stress and deliver work schedules
  • Work Location: Jurong
  • Work Hours: 5.5 Days Week. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 1.00pm
  • Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.
