Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk duties (Answer/direct phone call, receive and attend to visitors/guests)
  • Handling of General Admin Duties
  • Maintain and upkeep of office admin records, database and filing system.
  • Collect monthly timesheets and claim form
  • Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month
  • Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts
  • Prepare quotation and invoice
  • Coordinate with client/other department for administrative logistics
  • Other ad-hoc Administrative Tasks

 

Job requirements:

  • Pro-active, hardworking, organized, posses self-discipline
  • Willing to learn, independent & meticulous
  • Able to handle stress, tight deadlines and multi-tasking
  • Fresh entry and no experience are welcome
