  • Perform invoice matching on daily invoices, receiving record and purchase Order within the Purchasing & Inventory System
  • Resolve Invoicing errors and following up with suppliers and internal team to fix errors / dispute
  • Ensure invoices hand in complying with the Group guidelines and procedures
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting, supporting PCC in financial monthly closing activities
  • Perform other administrative duties, such as checking inventory and generating reports

Skills & Work Experience

  • Experience in a similar position in F&B Environment
  • Accounting Background
  • Knowledge of and experience with purchasing software (preferably on ORACLE Materials Control) is an advantage
