Job Description

Established Cars MNC | Car dealers
5.5 Days (Saturday half day only)
Admin and invoice experience would be an added advantage (but optional) 


  • Access and generate invoice
  • Ensure payment transaction is according to agreed terms and conditions
  • Check and tally daily sales collection and submit daily report including outstanding cash payment
  • Aid and support to Service Advisor
  • Verify customer’s signature/identity on the gate pass before vehicle key is issued
  • Obtain customer’s signature on the job card for tow-in vehicle
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls to designated department
  • Take down of messages accurately from customers


  • GCE N/ O/ NITEC/ Diploma in any field
  • 1-2 years admin experience
  • PC Literate
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
