Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full scope of administrative support 
  • Handle phone calls, receive visitors, document filing and photocopy
  • Responsible for mails, courier service, stationery and pantry supplies
  • Process invoice and expense claims
  • Perform any ad-hoc task relating to office and general administration

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or any equivalent professional qualification
  • Brings along at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a related function 
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Possess the ability to adapt in a fast pace environment
