Job Description

This is a part time position, so working hours is flexible and can be discussed. Minimum 1 day a week

Ideal for full time students with free days.

(You can choose to work several hours a day instead of a full day)

 

Entry level are welcome to apply

Possess a positive working attitude

Able to start work immediately

 

Responsibilities:

 

Sorting through invoices and accounts for filing

Taking photos of products to update website

Attending to walk in customers

Perform stock-checks

Attending to incoming calls and customer queries

Cashiering Duties

Assist in daily delivery arrangements and preparation of customers order

Other Duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

Minimum 'N' Level qualifications

Able to speak English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese associates

 

Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Entry level are welcome to apply and training will be provided

Basic Computer knowledge - must be able to use Excel and comfortable with uploading photos on to websites

Possess a positive working attitude with initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
