Job Description

JOB SCOPE

  • Assist with timely preparation of monthly financial and management reports
  • Assist with preparation journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Follow up with departments on expenses accrual and reversal
  • Assist with issuance of vouchers
  • Perform any other duties/projects as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and strong analytical skills
