Job Description

Accounts Collection Executive/ Officer @ MNC company

Salary: $2500-$2800

Location: West-Central (near mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri NO shift!) *5-DAY week

Duty:

  • Contact customers for payment on outstanding (via email/call)
  • Email & send invoices & SOA to customers under assigned portfolio
  • Monitor own portfolio on outstanding debts
  • Resolve payment related issues & escalate & follow up with relevant depts for issues
  • Check & look up for credit assessment for new customers for approval
  • Check & look out for existing customers’ credit standing for review
  • Prepare aging report & other related reports
  • Send out reminders to customers on non-payment
  • Reconcile receipts & allocation of receipts from customers to respective accounts & invoices including communicating with customers for info
  • Attend to customers’ queries on billing & payment etc
  • Handle process management pertaining to account suspensions & credit hold

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy/ Business/ equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience in billing cycle & AR collection
  • Good understanding of GIRO deductions & applications & electronic bank payment modes
  • Good knowledge of leasing, contract T & C & Company Law
  • Able to collaborate & negotiate with different stakeholders for issues escalation & resolution
  • Able to make rational suggestions under tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Good communication & interactive skills. Able to communicate bilingually – English & Chinese

Accounts Officer, AR @ MNC company

Duty:

  • Prepare daily collection reports including cash & cheque receipts
  • Perform reconciliation – system / bank account
  • In charge of GIRO debit for customers – prepare report/notify customer & stakeholders
  • Submission of GIRO deduction to bank
  • Process new GIRO applications including submission to bank for verification & approval & also updating GIRO customer list
  • Liaise with bank for receipts of funds & GIRO transactions
  • Perform reconciliation for incoming funds & perform physical application of funds into system
  • Prepare relevant monthly AR journal entries
  • To advise on transfer of contracts & notify on outstanding payment with relevant dept
  • Prepare bad debt provision report
  • Banking in cash & cheque receipts

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy/ equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience in billing cycle & AR collection
  • Good understanding of GIRO deductions & applications & electronic bank payment modes

Accounts junior

Salary: $1700-$2000

Location: West-Central (near mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri NO shift!) *5-DAY week

Duty:

  • Arrange, prepare & key in daily cheque collection
  • Prepare letters for return/problematic cheques
  • Print all payment/transfer advice, manually update & match with bank statements Assist for change of billing address
  • To ensure all outstanding invoices settled for change of machine ownership
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma/ NITEC/ LCCI in Accounting/ equivalent with 1-2 years’ experience in partial accounts AR
  • Recent Accountancy graduate can be considered.
  • Good understanding of GIRO deductions & applications & electronic bank payment modes
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Good communication & interactive skills. Able to communicate bilingually – English & Chinese

Ad-hoc Temp Packers *$7-$8 per hour @West-Central area (near mrt) > 4 vacancies

Working hours: 10am-7pm (2-4 Days)

  • SIMPLE duties: unpacking, packing, sorting new apparels items under supervision
