Job Description

Accounts Officer (AR) (contract 6 month) @MNC company, Central-West (circle line mrt)

Salary: $2000-$2500

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) *5-DAY week

Duty:

  • - Arrange, prepare & key in daily cheque collection
  • - Prepare letters for return/problematic cheques
  •  - Print all payment/transfer advice, manually update & match with bank statements - Assist for change of billing address
  • - To ensure all outstanding invoices settled for change of machine ownership
  • Diploma/ LCCI in Accounting/ equivalent with 2-3 years’ experience in partial accounts AR/ Credit/ Collection
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Good communication & interactive skills. Able to communicate bilingually – English & Chinese

Accounts (AR) cum Admin Officer @ Jurong

Salary: $2400-$2700

Working hour: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)

Duty:

  • Accounts Receivable functions i.e. handle all receipts, chase payments, key in monthly entries, liaise with other depts on customers payments and liaise with customers etc.
  • Handle Petty Cash.
  • Reconciliation of inter-co transactions & balances;

Administrative & ad-hoc duties as when assigned

Requirements:

  • LCCI/ Diploma in Accountancy/ equivalent with 3-4 years’ hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable AR/ collection function.
  • Good communication & interactive skills. Able to communicate bilingually – English & Chinese 

 

Admin cum HR Officer @Small company, East area

Salary: $2400-$2800

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri), work 2-3 days/ week during covid period.

Duty:

  • Assist small company in general office admin work and basic HR duties eg. apply work pass etc.
  • O/A level/ Diploma with 2-4 years’ admin experiences and basic HR support experiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication skill. Need to communicate bilingually – English & Chinese
  • *Singaporean/ SPR Mature lady welcomed to apply.
