Accounts Management Executive
We are looking for an Account Management Executive to join our growing agency. Working closely with the company leaders, you will be a forward thinker who has experience in taking ownership of client briefs and understanding their objectives.
Candidates must be prepared to work with different kinds of people and strive to provide the best customer service.
- Managing a portfolio of key and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships with both current and new customers
- Support the team leader in coordinating and executing sales and marketing campaigns
- Facilitating and supporting the roll out of new products, initiatives and services
- Business development activities including financial analysis, market assessments, competitor reviews and identification of new business opportunities
- You will have the flexibility and capability to ensure that customers have the right support at the right time, to continue the growth
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Strive to find ways to expand customer base and experience customer growth through different methods (Cold Calling, Referrals, events etc)
- Minimum diploma holder
- Good team player
- Proven track record of sales achievement
- Cheerful and outgoing personality
- Confident and able to present themselves in a professional manner
- Meticulous with a keen eye to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in taking ownership
- Takes initiative in a team
- Able to work cohesively in a team
