Accounts Management Coordinator
We are looking for an Account Management Coordinator to join our growing agency. Working closely with the company leaders, you will be a forward thinker who has experience in taking ownership of client briefs and understanding their objectives.
This is a client-facing role and applicants must be prepared to hustle and work for that bread!
- Managing a portfolio of key and existing customers, supporting them to grow their businesses
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
- Support the Sales Manager in coordinating and executing sales and marketing campaigns
- Facilitating and supporting the roll out of new products, initiatives and services
- Business development activities including financial analysis, market assessments, competitor reviews and identification of new business opportunities
- You will have the flexibility and capability to ensure that customers have the right support at the right time, to continue the growth
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist in preparing reports for clients
- Strive to find ways to expand customer base and experience customer growth
- Minimum diploma holder

The successful applicant will work between multiple arms of the business and need to manage some marketing administration; good time management and organisation will be a necessity. A creative flair for visuals is a bonus.
