Accounts Executive (North | $3K)

Company : Food manufacturing industry

Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.10pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle full AP and Fixed Asset functions
• Responsible for AR and accounts analysis
• Prepare Journal entries for accruals & other adjustment.
• Prepare monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules
• Assist in forecasting, variance analysis for operating expenses
• Prepare budget forecast and 5 years plan
• Prepare and generate customer good return note.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field
• Min 2 years of experience in AP/AR
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Enjoy working with numbers
• A good team player
• Good communication skills
