Accounts Executive

Job Description:

1. Handle full set of accounts
2. Responsible for AP, AR / fixed assets and month end closing activities.
3. Check and process payment and accrual entries, generate adjustment entries and assist to prepare profit and loss statements and balance sheets during month end or quarterly closing
4. Prepare GST returns on quarterly basis and assist to prepare corporate income tax, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
5. Control and maintain month end reconciliation to financial statements
6. Prepare monthly management & financial reports to HQ in Vietnam
7. Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team both in Singapore & Vietnam
8. Ensure all contract commitments are accounted for (Accrual) all costing are properly recorded
9. Liaise with all internal department for reports, external auditors, bankers, tax agents and Statutory Board
10. Prepare Audit schedules

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in, accounting, business or financial management
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in key areas of accounting function
• Vietnamese speaking is a MUST; need to communicate with HQ in Vietnam
• Proficient in MYOB is preferred
• Computer Literate, independent with good interpersonal skills
• Preferably Singaporeans or PR need apply.

Salary Range: $4000 - $4200 (Based on qualifications and experience)
