Accounts Executive

Requirement:

• Possess a positive attitude, eager to learn and willing to push personal limits to achieve more
• Capable of playing the role of a team leader and team player
• Ready to embark on your career progression and dedication to expand with the team
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and communicate with team
• Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changes
• Minimum diploma required
• 1 year of accounts experience is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Words and Excel will be an added advantage
• Speaks good English

Description:

• Effective and efficient communication with the Management team and above
• Enter accurate and timely data for digital bookkeeping into XERO
• Manage and check account receivables and ensure accuracy
• Manage ordering accounts with suppliers
• Perform bank reconciliation to ensure sales are tallied
• Upkeep and generate monthly sales revenue reports
• Assist in month-end closing activities such as Payroll
• Maintain accurate financial records and statements
• Support sales and purchase order operations
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
