Job Description

Accounts cum HR/Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist Account Department on:
-Input and maintain Accounts data into the excel reports and Accounting Software
-Stock Control and report
-Liaise with Vendors on payment, etc
-Others Account related duties as assigned


Assist in handle general administrative and HR duties, including:
-Input and maintain HR general data into the excel reports
-Filing and sorting of documents
-Photocopying
-Other Admin and HR related duties as assigned

Liaise with Supporting companies and vendors related to:
-Repair & maintenance of the office equipment
-IT
-Stationeries & some office supplies purchase


Other Misc work assigned, from time to time.
Requirements:

Minimum GCE O Level
Experience in bookkeeping & accounting field- Minimum 1 Years-At least Basic Accounting Double Entry knowledge
Knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to learn
Independent
Responsible, Conscientious and meticulous team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide an alternative solution in short notice
A candidate who can start work in the short notice will be a 1st priority (within1 month notice)
