Job Description



  1. Handle accounting duties such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and GL
  2. Prepare monthly customer invoices and following up on payment
  3. Process supplier invoices, and prepare payment voucher/ cheque payment
  4. Assist in year-end audit
  5. Any other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned



  1. Verify/ Matching of payments received from customers
  2. Respond to enquiries via emails, phone calls etc
  3. Administer incoming and outgoing letters for the department
  4. Perform filing and general administrative tasks
  5. Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned



  1. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification
  2. Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in handling partial sets of Accounts
  3. Proficiency in MS office (Word and Excel) and ACCPAC accounting system
  4. Meticulous with numbers & attentive to details
  5. Ability to work independently and a good team player
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Able to cope with tight deadlines
  8. Immediate or short notice availability preferred


Other Information

•         Working Location : Toa Payoh

•         Five (5) day work week, Monday and Friday : 8.30am to 6.00pm
