Accounts cum Admin Officer @ Jurong area (near mrt)
Salary: $2500-$2700
Working hour: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
Duty:
- Accounts Receivable functions i.e. handle all receipts, chase payments, key in monthly entries, liaise with other depts on customers payments and liaise with customers etc.
- Handle Petty Cash.
- Reconciliation of inter-co transactions & balances;
Administrative & ad-hoc duties as when assigned
Requirements:
- LCCI/ Diploma in Accountancy/ equivalent with 3-4 years’ hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable AR/ collection function.
- Good communication & interactive skills. Able to communicate bilingually – English & Chinese
Temp Accounts cum Admin (3 month) available @ Jurong
