Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage partial set of accounts 
  • Billing, issuing payment and other routine accounting duties
  • Answering phone calls and distribute mails
  • Handle the filing & housekeeping of records & reports
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder
  • at least 3 years experience in similar capacity
  • those with past accounting experience in professional firms preferred
  • Proficient in MYOB, MS Excel & Words
  • Independent
  • Good initiative
  • Able to multi-task, result-oriented and meet deadlines
  • One year contract (convertible to perm)
