Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management account reports
  • Process payment and issue cheques
  • Calculate customer/supplier account balances and reconcile with totals
  • Liaise with customers on billing issues
  • Liaise with suppliers on discrepancies in invoices
  • Prepare invoice and statement of accounts at month end
  • Other admin duties assigned
  • Other ad-hoc HR duties  Keeping record of staff& leave, expense claim and related matters

Requirements

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a NITEC /N Level or above
  • Working experience in accounts
  • Highly organized and meticulous
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office
