Job Description

 

Responsibilities

 

Provide Accounting Support:

  • Handle Accounts Receivable, Account Payables, Payment Vouchers and Statement of Accounts
  • Ensure all invoices and purchases are captured correctly in the computer system
  • Monitor customers payments and report to management for discrepancies or delayed payment
  • Prepare monthly payment to suppliers
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Ad hoc financial support activities as assigned

Provide Admin Support:

  • Issue Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, and other paperwork
  • Basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls
  • Submission of worker name list/licences to relevant parties
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

 

 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum Diploma/Nitec in relevant field of study
  • Proficient with computers and MS Office - Excel and Word
  • Possess good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to details
  • Required to correspond with Chinese speaking associates
  • 5-day week + Alternate Saturdays (half day)
