Temp Accounts Asst (mid-Sep to Nov) @City Hall area

Salary: $2000

Working hours: 9am-6.30pm (Mon-Fri)

  • Assist Accounts department in partial accounts AP, AR duties.

*Prefer those with some partial accounting AP, AR experiences and proficient in MS Word & Excel.

*Fresh Accountancy Diploma/ Degree Graduates welcomed to apply.

Accounts Assistant (AR)

Company: SME about 100 staff @west-central area (near mrt)

Salary: $2300-$2500

Working hour: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) *5 Day week


• Handle partial accounts in AR. Posting of accounting entries for AR.

• Issue invoices and statements of accounts.

• Monitor collections for no-payments and irregularities and post receipts in a timely manner.

• Follow up with customers on collections and attend to queries or reconciliations with customers.

• Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits and other admin duties.

• Assist in the compilation of information required for credit review on new customers.

• Prepare and generate monthly AR reports.


Diploma/ LCCI/ CAT/ Degree in Accountancy/ related discipline with 1-3 years partial accounts/ AR/ collection experience.

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.

Customer Service Asst/ Officer (Call centre) @ MNC company

Salary: $1500-$1800

Location: West-Central (near mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri NO shift!) *5-DAY week


  • To attend to incoming calls received via Call Centre.
  • To monitor Technicians/ Customer Engineer's movement and timing.
  • To ensure meeting of committed Response Time to the Customers.
  • To highlight all customers’ complaints/ queries on service related issues to Call Centre supervisors and ensure Customer Service Managers and/or Technical Support Manager are aware when necessary.
  • To ensure all Engineer Service Reports (ESRs) are closed accurately and timely in the system.


N/O/A level/ Diploma with 1 to 2 years call centre/ customer service related experiences. Good communication and computer skill.

*FRESH Diploma graduates without experience welcomed to apply; Training provided.

*Malaysian graduates can be considered.


Temp Admin Data Entry Asst (1 month) *$8-$10 per hour

Location: Shenton Way

Working hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)

  • Transfer staff data from paper formats into computer files (spreadsheet templates)
  • Type in data provided directly from physical P-files
  • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes (salaries and benefits)
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Retrieve data from various sources of database or electronic files

*Prefer those with good Admin, Data Entry experiences and proficient in MS Word & Excel and Fast typing skills.

*Fresh Graduates with experiences welcomed to apply.
