Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle partial accounting (Accounts Payable)
  • Process payments
  • Monthly Stock reconciliation
  • Prepare Loan Application
  • Have knowledge in handle a full set of accounts for a small company
  • Perform bank and other accounting related reconciliations
  • Assist in month-end closing and observe accounting timelines
  • Hands on and can work independently with minimum supervision
  • Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Working knowledge of SAP B1 or similar computerized accounting packages in a manufacturing environment an added advantage
  • Preferably at least 3 years of accounting experience
  • Meticulous, attentive, can learn quickly
  • Good work attitude, positive, responsible and able to meet deadlines
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team player with positive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Must be able to start immediately or with short notice period
