Job Description

As an Accounts Assistant/Executive (3 months contract), you are required to assist / ensure monthly closing of full set of account and preparation of management report.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure posting of AP/ AR invoices
  • Assists/ ensure accurate and timely closing of AP/ AR and GL
  • Issuing of payment (cheques/ Remittances)
  • Responsible for closing of Management report
  • Reconciling of AP/ AR and inter-company transactions
  • Ensure processes and workflow are in compliance with financial requirement
  • Other ad hoc matters

Job Requirements:

  • LCCI or Diploma in Business/ Finance/ Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Navision would be advantageous
  • Organised and able to multitask
  • Able to work under tight schedule
  • Able to communicate with staff at all levels
  • Result-orientated
