- Responsible for general office administrative duties
- Basic accounting duties:
- Reconciliation of bank statements.
- Checking of credit card statements
- Prepares expenses schedules
- Arrange for payment of bills
- Keep record of expenses incurred
- Assisting with Tenancy Agreements
- Maintains a proper filing system
- Assist with data entry
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management / Accounting or equivalent is preferred.
- 5 + years working experience in accounting or administration work
- Proficient in MS office and English (both written and spoken).
Work days and location:
- 5days work week, 9am – 6.00pm
- Near Dhoby Ghaut MRT station
