Job Description:

  • Responsible for general office administrative duties
  • Basic accounting duties:
    • Reconciliation of bank statements.
    • Checking of credit card statements
    • Prepares expenses schedules
    • Arrange for payment of bills
    • Keep record of expenses incurred
  • Assisting with Tenancy Agreements
  • Maintains a proper filing system
  • Assist with data entry                             


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management / Accounting or equivalent is preferred.
  • 5 + years working experience in accounting or administration work
  • Proficient in MS office and English (both written and spoken).

 

Work days and location:

  • 5days work week, 9am – 6.00pm
  • Near Dhoby Ghaut MRT station
