Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Assist to prepare quotation, delivery Order, purchase order & tax invoices.
  • Assist in typing engineering reports & tender documents
  • Scanning of project documents + project filing system + admin documents for archive
  • To process application for power activation and deactivation from the relevant authoritties.
  • Handle emailing for project related matter such updating status /reminder etc
  • Update project schedules / assignments
  • Print company profile brochures, safety stickers/labels & training notes
  • Assist in ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System / Bizsafe documentation
  • Assist PE to stamp test reports
  • Data entry to Excel, Access and Quick Book system
  • General administrative work, includes answering phone call & photocopying assigned by Directors and Supervisor
  • Singaporean / Singapore residence only.
  • Diploma / Degree holder and fluent in English and Manadrin as need to communicate with Mandarin speaking co-workers & customers
  • Entry level / no experience welcome to apply 
  • Willing to learn & on job training will be provided
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel
  • Willing to work at Bukit Batok.
