Job Description

 Responsibilities

  1.  Assisting Accounts Dept. in AR & AP functions.
  2. Preparing and issuing of invoices for billing purposes.
  3. Liaise with customers on billing issues.
  4. Input accounts details into accounting system.
  5. Liaise with suppliers on discrepancies in invoices.
  6. Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

 

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ “A” Levels/ “O” Levels.
  2. Experience in MYOB system
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Goal-oriented and meticulous to details
