Summary:

Incumbent will be handling -  System Implementation, Reporting & Compliance

Report to Finance Director dotted line to CEO who is overseeing the project

Understand business processes in manufacturing environment and prepare detail specification for financial related modules in ERP software.

 Office hour: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Job Scope:

• Testing of new modules of ERP software and train finance users.
• Communicate with developers and keep track of any bug fixing items or new requirements
• Prepare and update financial/HR/ Compliance policies and procedures
• Support in group financial and internal audit reporting requirement to HQ on corporate level.
• Identify best working practices and guide subsidiaries to ensure timely & accurate month end closing, quality financial analysis and management reporting
• Partner with operations team to support ad hoc projects. 

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent
• Business process improvements, and have experience in system migration/ ERP implementation and familiar with ERP system.
• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple responsibilities
• Well organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
• Self motivated, resourceful, analytical, and a commitment towards deadline.
