Job Description

Primary Responsibility:

  • Responsible for managing the full-sets of accounts including review journal entries, schedules and reconciliation;
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Resolve day to day operational tasks and ensure proper accountability of transaction in place;
  • Preparation of weekly cash flow statement and submission of monthly cash flow forecast to corporate;
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agent and company secretary accordingly;
  • Assist with the improvement and implementation of accounting processes to strengthen internal control;
  • Aware and tap on market best practices and funding availability that is beneficial to business operations;
  • Assist in planning, propose strategic and tactical matter relating to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs;
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for team members;
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, report s and timely analysis reports to support the requirements of management reporting and strategic business decision making


  • Accountant with degree in Accountancy and CA membership;
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on managing full-sets of accounts and strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles;
  • Knowledge of transfer pricing, inventory and cashflow management;
  • Independent and is able to meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong team-player and ability to cope in a fast paced environment;
  • Immediately available candidate preferred.
