Job Description


  • Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
  • Compute GST returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
  • Implement and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current Financial system and computer technology
  • Prepare forms and vouchers for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, direct and assist their work activities
  • Provide support and assistance to Finance Manager and Assistant Finance Manager



  • Degree in Accountancy or Diploma in Accountancy Professional Qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Good understanding of Code of Governance, Charities Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic Financial Software Navision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
