We are hiring Temporary Accounts/HR Admin Assistant to be outsourced to HR/Finance departments in the healthcare industry.
- Manage full set accounts including (AP/AR/GL)
- Responsible for preparing quarterly/yearly financial report and reviewing financial statement.
- Keep track of financial transaction including income, cost, expenditure, cash flow, allocation as well as financial position
- Prepare accounting ledgers, month end account closing and bank reconciliation
- Handle payroll administration and leave management
- Assist senior financial manager in other ad-hoc financial task.
- Min. Diploma/Degree in any studies
- Candidates with some Accounts Admin experience will be advantageous
- Min. commitment of 3 months or more
