Job Description

Job Description

  • Prepare & maintain Full Spectrum of Accounts which include: Maintenance of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Asset, Inventory & monitoring of cash flows for Ship Owning and Dormant Companies
  • Preparation for Financial Statements and filing of Annual Returns
  • Review and preparation of management accounts and reporting packages including analysis of variances
  • Prepare Monthly Forecast & Yearly Budgeting
  • Assist in monthly KPI reporting
  • Any other projects

Qualification

  • Diploma in Accounting or any equivalent professional qualification
  • Brings along at 3 years of working experience in a relevant function
  • Experience in Shipping Industry will be an added advantage
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
