Basic Accounting Responsibilities including keeping financial records and filing updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements, process business transactions (using ABSS system) such as accounts payable vouchers and payments, accounts receivable invoicing and receipts, and expenses reimbursements and petty cash records.
2. Issue invoices, WO, SOA and shipping doc.
3. Prepare quotation and corresponded with client via email and phone.
