Job Description

Job Responsibilities


  • Radio Holland is a more than 100-year-old company because we care about our customers
  • Response to all enquiries from customers for Navigation and Communication spare parts
  • Prepare quotation to customers
  • Provide quotation to customers’ request for marine navigation and communications equipment
  • Response and prepare timely quotation to customers
  • Follow-up closely with clients after sending quotation
  • Check and verify customers PO upon receipt of order confirmation
  • Check inventory and ensure minimum quantity on fast moving parts
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Department on packing and to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Ensure proper documentation for whole service process is completed and closed for each job


  • Ensure all activities and processes are in accordance to ISO standards and procedures
  • Help to define quality and assist in establishing a learning environment based on collaboration, feedback and data
  • Supervise the quality assurance process and related training of staff members to ensure quality customer service

Qualifications and Skills:

  • This is a must have: hands-on, high energy level, team player
  • Degree / Dip in Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of indoor sales experience in marine navigation and communications equipment  
  • Proven sales track record
  • Possess a strong business acumen and sales-driven mindset
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent personal and interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of individuals, including building strong partnerships with other departments
  • Must be able to handle multiple improvement projects and effectively manage different timelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with a ticketing system like Zendesk is an advantageous
